(B) General Rules: Visitors must not use the Website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material that (a) could constitute or promote conduct deemed a criminal offense or violate any applicable laws or regulations, (b) infringes on the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of individuals, or (c) is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
